In his new role, Weston will be responsible for building the profile of the firm's investment range, including Puma VCT 11, Puma Heritage, Puma EIS and the Puma AIM IHT portfolio service.

Weston was previously at Meteor Asset Management, where he led the distribution of structured products in the South West. 

“Our latest VCT, Puma VCT 11, has already raised £10 million  while the recently launched Puma AIM IHT portfolio service continues to see steady demand.
